I designed and developed a Neurodiversity Awareness Training focused on ADHD in the workplace to assist HR professionals and management teams in understanding the unique challenges faced by employees with ADHD in today's work environment. Collaborating with Yuka Oshimi, a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) who specializes in Anxiety, ADHD, Autism, Depression, Grief/Loss, Neurodiversity, and Career/Stress Management, I created engaging lessons and interactive activities. This training aimed to promote inclusive workplace strategies and foster greater support for neurodivergent individuals, equipping organizations with the knowledge and strategies necessary to create more accessible and accommodating workplaces.

A key part of this project was collaborating with a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to ensure accuracy and accessibility in addressing ADHD in the workplace. We transformed complex research on ADHD in the workplace into engaging, digestible content for a global audience. Through interactive lessons and real-world scenarios, we developed inclusive workplace strategies that made the neurodiversity awareness training both informative and actionable.
